  in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No.1374 dated October 15, 2024, previously approved by Decree No. 313 list of goods that are actually prohibited from transit through the territory of the Russian Federation has been significantly expanded. 
  Thus, when sending goods on the China-Europe route, need to avoid sending any goods named in Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 313

  Based on the above resolution, in order to ensure that your goods can pass through the Russian Federation smoothly and avoid any unnecessary trouble and economic losses, please pay attention to avoid shipping the prohibited items listed in the resolution.
  If the Russian Federal Customs Agency finds that the container contains prohibited goods, the batch of goods will face the following treatment:
1. The container will be suspended at various stations in the Russian Federation and undergo customs inspection;
2. The customs agency has the right to detain and eventually confiscate these prohibited goods;
3. The customer will bear the additional costs incurred.
