Focusing on the Kashgar Hub, Sharing a Splendid Silk Road Chapter | Xinjiang Baiqiao Invited to Participate in the 15th Kashgar Trade Fair
2025-08-26
On August 17th, the Kyrgyzstan-specific matchmaking event for the 15th Xinjiang Kashgar-Central Asia and South Asia Commodity Fair (2025) was held in Kashgar. Officials from relevant departments of the autonomous region, as well as leaders from the Kashgar Regional Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the event. Xinjiang BLojoe International Logistics Co., Ltd., a representative company deeply engaged in the Central Asian logistics sector, was invited to participate.
Themed "Win-Win Cooperation, Creating a Shared Future," the event was guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. In conjunction with the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway and the deepening development opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative, it established a cooperation platform based on the new development framework.
As a subsidiary of Sichuan Baiqiao International Logistics Co., Ltd., Xinjiang BLojoe International Logistics Co., Ltd. completed registration in the Kashgar Comprehensive Bonded Zone in June of this year. This move represents a strategic move by the parent company, responding to the official start of construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway and the continued growth of China-Kyrgyzstan trade, to strengthen the foundation of trade and logistics exchanges between the two countries.
In fact, Sichuan BLojoe has long had connections with the Central Asian market. Six years ago, the head office established a presence in Central Asia. Today, it has branches and offices in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, forming a service network covering major Central Asian countries. Its services encompass the transport of general cargo, dangerous goods, and oversized equipment, encompassing rail, road, air, and multimodal transport. Annually, it delivers over 2,000 containers and trucks to Central Asia. It also operates its own customs clearance agency abroad, providing Chinese exporters with one-stop, door-to-door customs clearance services, from customs code pre-classification to policy consultation, to streamline cross-border trade processes.
During the presentation, Luo Hao, Chairman of Sichuan BLojoe International Logistics Co., Ltd., representative of Xinjiang BLojoe International Logistics Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of the Kyrgyz-China Cooperation Promotion and Development Association, introduced a "three-in-one" solution to address the challenges of China-Kyrgyzstan logistics cooperation, such as fluctuating transportation times and cost optimization. The first is the establishment of an efficient land transportation channel. First, a scheduled bus service from Kashgar to Osh/Bishkek will be launched, integrating with the China-Europe Express to create multimodal transport routes and customize transportation routes for different types of goods. Second, digital customs clearance collaboration will be promoted. A dedicated customs declaration window will be established in the Kashgar Comprehensive Bonded Zone, providing bilingual document preparation services and improving customs clearance efficiency through digitalization. Third, value-added services will be expanded across the entire supply chain. A joint venture with Fulaiyou will establish the Nalun bonded warehouse, providing simultaneous alerts on customs policy changes in both countries and building a strong service barrier for businesses expanding overseas. Behind these initiatives lies the pragmatic principle of "letting logistics follow trade and services follow demand."
At the event, Xinjiang BLojoe simultaneously demonstrated its commitment to cooperation: offering a 5% freight subsidy on first orders to Kyrgyz companies, launching a "Central Asia Dedicated Dual Clearance Service" for Chinese manufacturers, and advocating for the joint development of a China-Kyrgyzstan logistics information sharing platform with industry associations, injecting new momentum into China-Kyrgyzstan logistics cooperation with Kashgar as a hub.
During the event, Mr. Luo accompanied Li Chenguang, Deputy Mayor of Bazhou City, Hebei Province, on a tour of the exhibition hall. They also had in-depth discussions with Kyrgyz business representatives, providing detailed information on specific paths for China-Kyrgyzstan logistics cooperation and the service needs of businesses, further solidifying the foundation for cooperation.
Kashgar, the pearl of the Silk Road, known as "five ports connecting eight countries," is not only a geographical hub but also a service hub for China-Kyrgyzstan cooperation. As the Belt and Road Initiative advances in depth and concrete implementation, Kashgar is welcoming new development opportunities. Xinjiang BLojoe International Logistics Co., Ltd. is committed to leveraging its years of expertise and experience to become a reliable logistics partner for Chinese and foreign companies exploring the Central Asian market, and to working with all parties to write a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation along the Silk Road!
